The videos below are based mainly on 2 different blocking systems. We use our personally developed Tri-Block System and compliment that with a circular blocking system whose roots in come from Kung Fu. Both compliment each other and are developed to take the "Guesswork" out of defending against strikes, while confusing your opponent with circular movement.
There are also Tips and Tricks you can use with any blocking techniques you use in any martial arts or self defense system. Use these techniques to improve control, and modify how you think and execute your blocks in an ever-changing environment, while adding control to the situation. Learn how to manipulate your attacker in many situations to optimize your ability to counter. Most of our techniques are meant to be used on the street, but can be incorporated into many different disciplines

Simplify your blocking by using only 3 blocks in my Tri-Block System. Takes the guesswork out of how to defend different strikes by defending to the safest angle of defense, using the same angles and only 3 different block to block all strikes and kicks.
When defending on the street you need to know how to set up your attacker so that you can defend well. If you indicate you want to fight or spar your attacker, it is difficult to get beside or behind him where you can counter attack the best. You must also move to your safest angle of defense. This is the side of your attacker with the least resistance - No people or things like objects or ice that can make you vulnerable.
Using your attackers, or your own momentum to "Sling Shot" yourself into position can be beneficial. This allows you to quickly place yourself into a position of defense and counter attack.
