We have taken what works well from many systems and integrated that knowledge into a system that customizes self defense for you, the student. Our Krav Maga is based off of the Israeli fighting system of Krav Maga with a few twists. Being reality based, it takes  traditional Krav Maga and adds to it a unique evolution within the style.

Just like Bruce Lee, we take the most efficient and best techniques & discarded the rest, while adding in new skills & techniques as needed to improve the art. It's a practical, tactical, defensive art that encompasses open handed as well as weapons and ground attacks, with multiple attackers, & is continuously evolving.


Our kung fu is integrated into or Custom Self Defense System. It's based off of Tai Kit Kuen Kung Fu,  and a mix of Jeet Kune Do, Wing Chun, Chin Na, Control Tactics and much more. 

Kung Fu compliments the system with solid footwork, protecting center, angles, and circular movement, and is incorporated in small amounts into our CSD / Krav Maga Classes.

We focus on defending and countering from any angle of your body and from any position, weather it be standing, kneeling, sitting, or ground.
